(1) When you make a booking request via our online booking or by phone, or e-mail, and we reply (2) confirming that rooms are available, we will ask for a deposit so as to guarantee the reservation.
To make this charge we will ask for a credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) plus expiry date, and your authorisation. (3)
We will reply (4) confirming receipt of the credit card number.
If you do not get this reconfirmation within 48 hrs of sending the information, please contact us again.
