Food the simple way

 
 

Over the years we have had a lot of requests from guests to run a cookery course, so in 2010 and 2011 we will be offering a three day cookery course, in April and October. These will be informal, hands on courses taught by Joann Burch and with a maximum of 6 participants. There will be about 3 to 4 hours cookery classes each day with lots of opportunity to cook and eat, with the following themes being taught: · Bread, cakes, sorbets and soups · Aperitifs, pastry, salads, meat and sauces · The versatile roulade; a starter, a main courses and a dessert

 
 
There will also be the possibility to visit the farm and discuss different aspects of food production and food sourcing. Price per person sharing double room. 248,00 Euros (single room supplement 60,00 Euros) Price includes: 4 nights accommodation, 4 breakfasts, 4 evening meals, 3 x 4 hours tuition Dates: 14th to 17th October 2010 inclusive and 6th to 9th April 2011 inclusive.
