For two days enjoy and learn about the organic and vegetarian food that we serve at Hotel Posada del Valle. This will be an informal hands-on course taught by Joann Burch and with a maximum of 6 participants. There will be about 3 to 4 hours cookery classes each day with lots of opportunity to cook and eat.

 
 

There will also be the possibility to visit the farm and discuss different aspects of food production and food sourcing.

Workshop Fees

170 Euros per person un a single room

270 Euros for two people sharing a double room

Price includes: 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 2 evening meals, 2 x 4 hours tuition
