Over the years we have had a lot of requests from guests to run a cookery course, so in 2010 and 2011 we will be offering a three day cookery course, in April and October. These will be informal, hands on courses taught by Joann Burch and with a maximum of 6 participants. There will be about 3 to 4 hours cookery classes each day with lots of opportunity to cook and eat, with the following themes being taught: · Bread, cakes, sorbets and soups · Aperitifs, pastry, salads, meat and sauces · The versatile roulade; a starter, a main courses and a dessert
