1.
Check there are rooms available for the dates you require
from "Availability of
Dates" and that you are aware of our smoking policy,
(see below.)
2. Contact us by
e-mail, fax or phone to request rooms and make the booking.
Please note that we only have one triple room for 3
people, and all other rooms are for 2 people only. (We
do not put extra beds in these rooms.)
3. We will reply
to the booking request, within 48 hrs.
4. When we confirm
that rooms are available, we will ask for a deposit
so as to guarantee the reservation. For stays of 1 to
3 nights we ask for a deposit equivalent to 1 nights
accomadation. For stays of 4 nights or more, we ask
for a deposit equivalent to 2 nights accomadation. (See
cancelation policy below) To make this charge we will
ask for a credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) plus
expiry date, and your authorisation.
5. We will reply
confirming receipt of the credit card number. If you
do not get this reconfirmation within 48 hrs of sending
the information, please contact us again.
lease remember
that at Hotel Posada del Valle we operate a no-smoking
policy, and guests who smoke are asked to smoke outside
of the hotel.
In the case of
cancellations up to 22 days prior to entrance we will
refund your deposit, less 5 Euros, which is to cover
credit card commisions and administration costs.
With cancellations 21 days prior
to entrance or less, we reserve the right to retain
the deposit.
